Although our personal relationship with computer science began in
1984, our growth in the activity made it possible for us to start our
company in 1996. We used to offer diverse computer services, referring
mainly to training new users who needed to adapt to fast changes in
technology, but who could not find an answer suitable to their knowledge,
in the manuals of existing applications and the information published
about them.
Then, we realized that, for Spanish-speaking users, it was sometimes
hard to understand and use programs written in English.
Often, the interface translation generated
doubt or confusion, and complementary documents were rare, imprecise
or did not have a Spanish version.
Since then, we have worked continuously, with the aim of creating
a truly satisfactory and safe bond between
an application and its end-users.
Our objective is that every Spanish-speaking
user, even those who have less experience or knowledge about computer
science, will be able to use a program and all its functions, through
a simple and intuitive interface.
At the same time, we produce reference
manuals fully and clearly written in
Spanish, in accordance with the end-user's culture.
In 2006, we consolidated as a multidisciplinary consultant company,
and started offering our integrated services
to application development companies.
In this way, we became an intermediary
between the program and its end- users,
applying our large experience as application users to fulfil our clients'
demands and, at the same time, ensure end-user satisfaction.
Along our history, we have done user interface translations (from
English into Spanish), developed and
written manuals, and performed application
control and testing tasks, as well as
web site design, for several international
companies.
Also, through several regional distributors,
we worked as official agents of diverse computer services and products,
amongst which we could mention Antiviral Toolkit Pro, Kaspersky Anti-Virus,
ESET NOD32 Antivirus and Agnitum Outpost Firewall.
We have more than a decade's experience adapting and localizing various
applications and the context in which they work, offering our professional
services in every step and every aspect of the process.
For each task, we strive to deliver the
maximum quality to our clients, quality which is reflected in the end
experience of an application user.
